Citing viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2929:
"If reporting a problem and possible bug PLEASE ensure you include all the files from your product's LOGS folder. These MUST be zipped and attached to your post. To do this you simply select 'Choose file' from the bottom left of the forum page when creating a post and then select 'Add the file' to complete the attachment."

My first guess: Do you have the latest version of FSUIPC3 (current version is 3.999z9) installed?

OK, it generally seems to work, but you need to press the correct keys.
I see that you have tuned your radio to Clearance frequency and press hotkey 3.

You need to press 0 first to check-in with Clearance, or tune your radio to FSS (122.2) if you want to hear weather advisories with hotkey 3.
(usually you would listen to ATIS before contacting Clearance, for EGKK this should be 136.52)
