On the radar there is bad weather. How can I ask ATC to go around it? I see no key to use for that.

You can’t specifically request to navigate around weather. However, ATC has said “Resume own navigation” so you can go around the weather if necessary. If you stray too far from the line connecting your waypoints, you may be told by ATC that you are “off the airway” but you can simply rejoin the airway when able. The settings for the “off the airway” warning are on the Options #1 screen (Airway Deviation Distance) and you can disable the warning if you wish. PF3 does expect you to hit your flight-plan waypoints so if you need to bypass a waypoint entirely you should request “Direct to” another waypoint in your flight plan (Ctrl+Shft+D).
