Hello,

I just tried to activate PF3 on my PC but it says my activation code has been used before. I can't deactivate PF3 'on the other computer' because I installed it on this one but it got lost when I did a Windows 10 clean install. I also don't have the password to re-activate and I don't receive an email when I click 'Forgot your password?'.

Can you reset my activation code and give me the password if that's still needed? I'll send you an email with my name and code.
