Post subject:  Issue with flight KMCO-CYOW

Good Evening,

I just completed a flight from KMCO-CYOW where in the final stages I seemed to have lost ATC. PF3 was showing as still running but there was no communication. I tried say again a couple of times and got switch to Washington Center, however the read back by my co-pilot was to CYOW traffic with a distance call. I got no descent instructions or switches to other facilities. I tried manually switching out of and back to frequency with no luck.

Attaching all logs.

Dave will need to take a look at this but it looks like there was a frequency clash between one of the Washington Center frequencies in the Extended Sectors file (127.75) and a Multicom frequency, so when you made contact after the Center handoff it was interpreted as a local traffic call. This will probably need to be fixed in the next update but in the meantime, if you repeat the flight using the original (not extended) sectors file it should not happen. Thanks for pointing it out.

Thank You for looking at it so quickly. That makes perfect sense, I will try it as you suggest.
