I don't think I got a heading command the whole flight. Definitely not when time to vector for approach.
Logs attached...see what you can make of it.

Pilot error I'm afraid... you were cleared for departure and told to turn to heading of 05 degrees

missing that one heading instruction prevented all the future ones?

I didn't get any off course warnings or repeats to get back on course...and ATC was still with me the whole way with flight levels... and TOD came in perfectly.

Yes but you didn't hit the target heading and you won't get another one till you do. This was the very first heading instruction too and there are no nags for that for obvious reasons.
