Good day,

I have a Problem. I updated PF3 to the latest Version. Since this action I can´t start PF3 anymore. The startprocess ends up with Runtime Error 339 because of a missing *.ocx file.
the File is named Codejock.SkinFramework.V17.2.0.ocx. I read another topic downloaded the cumulative update and installed it but nothing changes. The Problem is that I can´t reinstall the Product because it is activated on this computer and I have to disable it to reactivate it after the reinstallation. I attach the logs.zip on this topic.

Some help is very appreciated.

Thank you

Yours Sincerely,

Matthias

Does your PF3 folder contain the CSF.ocx file? If so, it may need to be re-registered. This has happened to some other users after updating. See the following for more info:

viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2480#p14768

If you do choose to uninstall and then reinstall, deactivate your license first before uninstalling.

Hello Dan77,

yes my folder d:\PF3 contains the CSF.ocx. I tried to re register it with the regsvr32 but it give me a error message that the module failed to load. I should check for problems with the binary or dependent *.dll files. The specified module could not be found.

I don´t know what is happend.

thank you

best regards,

Matthias

Hello,

My Problem is solved. Dan77 and the Internet solved the Problem.

The CSF.OCX is registered now and everything is fine. For somebody who has the same Problem that regsvr32 does not find the csf.ocx here a small tip. If you have a 64bit OS than the CSF.ocx should be in the Windows\SysWOW64 to register it propably.

best regards,

Matthias
