Hi Dave,
Lately PFE is doing strange stuff. It is not lining me up anywhere near correctly for runways, even after declaring a missed approach it will still mis align me (no logs for this). Today, i was flying from EIDW to EGNX and it gave me the strangest decent profile..."descend to 14500" "Descend to 14000" Descend to 13500" "Descend to 13000" "Descend to 12500" ok you get the picture. I gave up on the flight as i had no idea how long this would go on for. If the logs contain the info you need, would you kindly read them and advise.
Many thanks.

Just thought I'd pop my head up so you don't think you're being ignored, but I don't have any answers for you yet. This is very strange and a dim and distant bell is telling me we have seen this once before... maybe during testing... and I don't think I ever found the culprit... and it disappeared as quickly as it arrived, never to be seen again, til now that is!

Dave,
would you believe this...flew from BIKF to EGLL and once I was in the approach pattern at London Heathrow i was getting similar descent going down in 500ft blocks,i have logs on Tower if you want them.
It didn't start as high as Jimble's,but did get them around 10,000Ft or just under until I reached 5000ft,this was the first time it's happened since PF3 was launched...using latest version, got correct runway with no issues there...just descent!!

Subscribed to flight aware last night, and using the same departure and destination, it generated a flight plan. I made a couple of alteration to waypoints and flew it this am in the Q400. Everything went like clockwork.

Thanks for the update. Very strange isn't it but I really don't believe it's flight plan related.
