If you post here with a problem and I ask you to send me any log files, etc, PLEASE identify yourself in the email. Most of your user ID's in the forum do not mean anything to me when receiving emails, especially if you do not use your real name in your post signature. All in all it makes life somewhat difficult as I can't always get around to checking issues on the same day you post them here or the same day you send the log files in to me.
Please state the POST's title and your Forum ID at the start of the email.

If you encounter a bug/problem with PF3 please give as much info as possible, some posts recently have been vague....extremely vague to say the least.
This has meant that we have had to guess what the problem is, but as always before posting please use the search facility
in this forum for possible solutions which can avoid duplicate posts and you may find what you are looking for...alot quicker!
So if you want us to help you quickly and efficiently, We need the following attached to your post in the form of a ZIP File with Logs and FPP folders attached
,These are found in your main FS-Addons folder-PF3 on "C" Drive.
Please don't log the problem in the forum as this takes up too much space and time,check with support first...Thank you.
Also add the following:
Operating System: ie Windows 10,8,7,Vista,XP-32/64,etc
Any other software:(this helps if someone else has same installed)
What Version of PF3...hopefully the latest version
Any Other info that may be relevant.
Try to be brief and to the point with any problems that occur, including frequency of problem.
If this is an install problem please tell us what you did before and after the install; what error messages you came across.,also please be aware that UPDATES from various sources ie: Microsoft Windows can cause problems; did you update prior and did you search for a possible cause of said issue?
When reporting issues, please don't hassle by asking "when will it be fixed by" or "has support gone to sleep" because you haven't had an answer within 24hrs,we all have lives outside sitting at a computer screen all day long....so we do endeavour to answer most posts as swiftly as possible, but a solution takes a lot longer, so we would appreciate your co-operation in this.
Anyone who posts RUDE/SARCASTIC
and abusive messages will find their posts EDITED and/or DELETED
and anyone who SPAMS the forums with other products will be automatically BANNED

Please...when ending your post would users please sign off with either your forename or something similar, some members aren't doing this and it makes it easier to correspond to if we know who we are talking too!
Also...It would be very nice if you don't need our help anymore that you post in relevant topic...Close Topic with a solution/answer,so myself or Dave March can take appropriate action, rather than leave us hanging on...this is happening a lot so from now on after a month we'll automatically close the topic if no-one has responded..
