I hope you don't mind Dave and I know this is a bit of a cheek but I don't know who else would be able to help me.

I've had UTLive for some time and it's been working well. However something has happened and I'm only getting a fraction of the traffic I'm used to. I'm guessing but I think it may be something to do with the latest update to P3Dv4.2.

Is there anyone on the forum who is familiar with this program and who would be willing help me via 'team viewer' to get it set up again for me properly please? You need to live in the UK time zone though. :)

John

To be honest, I've found trying to get on to UTL's website is an absolute nightmare. You would think I was trying to get into Fort Knox!

For a company who, presumably wants customers, they are really not encouraging them!

I think I'll try to get another 'Traffic' program.

Anyone else got something in that line they can recommend?

Doesn't look any more complicated to sign up for the UT Forum than any other forum I have signed up for.

Maybe wait for JustFlight TrafficGlobal to be officially released.
It currently is in early access. The GA traffic is great (UTL is very limited here), but the airline traffic currently is much lower than with UTL. There are many aircraft parked on the ground, but not that many in the air. I'm sure they will solve this at some point.

Progress in UTL development is currently slow due to the programmer's wife fighting with cancer so he has to take care off her and their two children, but others in the forum are there to help with solving problems like the one you have. I don't have P3D, but others are reporting that UTL works fine with 4.2 and 4.3.

Currently David Hanstater. I think the early implementation was done by Tom Main, at least he was the one who handled the early beta stages.

Ah right, that's why I asked as I thought it might be Tom. Really nice guy. Had dinner with him in London when he was over here on business. He was really helpful too when I first started working on PFE way back when.

All the best to all of you.
