Good day. I have noticed at times when I'm running PF3 during a flight, typically before desent, the PF3 volume turns so quiet I can barely hear the announcements. The messages still appear on the screen, but the volume is so low I barely hear it. At the start of the flight the volume was lound and normal. I'm using P3D v4.3 with Win 10 and I use a stereo headset (Sennheiser Game Zero). Any ideas why the volume is reduced for no reason? Could it be caused by pausing the sim?

Regards.

Are you talking about ATC instructions to you? There is a certain amount of random changes in sound quality to reflect real world radio coms but the volume is never reduced to a point where is is inaudible. Perhaps you should reduce your SIM volume to balance things out and then turn the overall master volume up

Yes. The ATC instructions. They start off loud and at normal volume, then at some stage during the flight reduce to a barely audible volume without me having modified anything in the sim. The simconnect message still shows up. Just the volume reduces.

Thankyou. I had a suspicion it was a common problem since it's happened with other ATC programs. I have changed the setting. Thanks!
