Requesting Early Descent

You can use hotkeys to request a lower altitude (see the User Guide pp. 84-85 for more info). Also, if you are descending via a STAR and need to meet crossing restrictions as published on the charts, enter those altitudes on the PF3 waypoint page (see the User Guide p. 76).

Thank you Dan77 for your advice. This is how I am doing it, so I'm pleased and will continue to do it this way. I simply wondered if I missed something in the User Guide that was a hotkey command for "Request Early Descent". Thanks again.
