Hi Everyone,

Now that I am becoming a little more proficient, I just wanted to confirm something. If I opt to fly a STAR (and have correctly enabled STARs in PF3):

1. ATC will not clear me for the descent or to lower altitudes, correct? It is up to me to descend (and follow the procedures) to make sure I am at the right altitude for the final approach.
2. Do I need to specify the STAR in P3D before connecting?
3. Will I be handed off to approach and eventually tower when established on final if I have been descending on my own?

Thanks everyone.

Seth
