| since I made a windows update, I'm unable to connect to my sim. Sceenshot as well as the logs are attached. thanks in advance for your support. Heinz |

| Try download and installing the cumulative updates from HERE... then run the PF3 Validation from Options #2 and let us know how you get on |

| did that with now success. should i deactivate the licence and than uninstall and after this reinstall? |

| Did you try running the PF3 Register program as suggested? If you have and still have the problem please download and install the DirectX Managed Runtimes from HERE |
