After the latest windows update I all of a sudden cannot start PF3. Instead of starting the program I get a windows where I should put in my activation code -- what I did -- after this I come to the message that PF3 is already activated on this computer and if I'd like to reactivate -- I entered my Activation code again plus my password -- did that too -- and finally I end up on a message which tells my that I've reactivated to often and that I should contact the support. Pls. advise what to do
best regards
Heinz

Send an email with your activation code to PF3@oncourse-software.co.uk and Dave will reset it.

Yes it would appear our activation mechanism is too sensitive for some Win 10 updates... I have addressed this and hope to release a maintenance update later this weekend
