Installed latest update and now I can't connect to P3D

I ran the latest update this morning, and started up PF3 after rebooting. At first I was told to run the PF3 register .exe, which I did a couple of times in admin . Then I got an error Code 70-240 . Try to connect with P3D version 3.4, and PF3 shuts down. Any suggestions.

Dis regard My Webroot decided it didn't like the PF3 register running. I excluded it, reran PFE Register.exe, and now everything works.
