Regarding the descent, I took a fast look at the flight plan and it looks like you adjusted the altitude for your last waypoint to 13000 but did not adjust the other altitudes, so at LGL (18 miles before your last waypoint) you are still at FL250. I would recommend adjusting LGL to an altitude of no more than 19000.
