Hi Dave

Firstly thanks for a great piece of software that has changed FSX for me completely.

When I came to start the program today I was asked to activate it. I had not De-activated it.

Upon entering my activation code and password (as administrator) I was informed I had exceeded my activation's. I have only installed the Program once.

Software purchased on 5.10.17

The program is only installed on one PC and this is the first time I have been confronted with this, can you help please?

Kind Regards

Stuart

Im sorry Dave I have checked my mail and my spam and nothing there. I tried unsuccessfully to register with my BT mail account last night as I realised support forum was the way forward but never received an forum activation mail. I therefore re-registered with a gmail account tonight and thats why I have posted.

Regards

Stuart
