Post subject:  Reinstallation of PF3 and error

Hi there,

Recently I reported that PF3 was hanging on my rig.

Well, this afternoon I dediced to uninstall PF3 and reinstall it.

I've followed the appropiate plan:

1 - Deactivate the license from my computer.

2 - Uninstall the program.

3 - Cleaning of all folders in L:\FS-Addons

4 - Cleaning of the system with CCleaner.

After all this process I've initialized the computer and I've reinstalled the program.

When the program asked me for the license, I've completed it with the password. Then it showed an error message telling me that this program must be run under administrator's rights.

I have given such rights to each .exe file on L:\FS_Addons\PF3 and repeated the start process. License, password and then I've been saluted with a warning telling: 'Your voice set installation is not complete!'

Please, find attached the log files and the warning screen.

Hi again,

After getting the error that I originally indicated, yesterday I performed a series of tests on the computer and I had to uninstall PF3 concluding that the error I got was caused by lack of space in the partition where I was installing the program.

Now, I installed it on another new partition, and everything seems correct, except that when I tried to activate the product, I get the message attached.

I thought that with the first error the registration of the program in the equipment was not carried out, when apparently, it turns out to be realized.

That is, since it was impossible for me to unlink the PF3 registry from my computer, I uninstalled the program as it was, resulting in the license blocking.

I clarify that I am not installing it in any other equipment, but in which I have always had it installed.

Can you give me a solution?

Thanks in advance.

Possibility that with uninstalling too many times in a row may have caused this, if you have activated it too many times and license is blocked then Dave will unlock it within next few hours.

Hi all,

I'm already here again with the issue of activation / reactivation of PF3.

Last Wednesday I had to reinstall PF3 resulting in the end, due to a series of failures due to lack of disk space, Dave had to reset the account so that it could be installed and working properly.

Well, once the space problems were solved and the account was reset, I reinstalled and worked correctly.

On Friday, my computer's operating system was subjected to the W10 Creators Update update, at which point PF3 seems to detect my computer as a "new computer" showing the log window every time it boots, resulting in the inevitable blocking of the account for 30 days.

I have proceeded to uninstall PF3 using "uninstall.exe", deleted FS_Addons folder and cleared the registry of all program tracks, except .dll libraries, which I chose to keep during the uninstallation. Now there is no trace of PF3 on my computer.

What else can I do?

It's no plan to be bothering Dave constantly.

Thank you.

Yes that silly Windows update has a lot to answer for... There was no need for you to uninstall PF3, but no harm done. Just email your activation code and I'll reset your account.
