In the attached debug log PF3 actually terminated with a data error and I will need to investigate that in greater depth. However, PF3 didn't crash and would have displayed an error screen, inviting you to report the problem, which you chose not to do.
In your old debug (and the same flight plan) the ACARS ATIS worked according to the log... (I have removed some of the information for clarity)...
