While on the STAR for PHNL, system crashed. PF3 wanted to send the crash logs but the send timed out. They are attached. Was flying straight and level when system hung. Hitting Alt-Tab I saw that PF3 had packaged the logs for sending. I hit the button to send but the send failed with a time-out. I suspect running out of memory but did not get an OOM indication.

Cheers,
George

Well it would appear that FS or FSUIPC became unresponsive...
08-Sep-17 10:02:36: 780 - Problem reading hotkey data! (dwResult=13)
08-Sep-17 10:02:36: 780 - Attempting a retry...
08-Sep-17 10:02:36: 780 - Wait 10 seconds...
08-Sep-17 10:02:46: 780 - Retrying now...
08-Sep-17 10:02:47: 790 - Problem reading hotkey data! (dwResult=11)
08-Sep-17 10:02:48: 790 - Problem resetting hotkey data!
08-Sep-17 10:02:48: 810 - ****** Fatal Error Detected!
At the first attempt at checking for any hotkey activity the error (13) returned from FSUIPC was 'IPC request contains bad data'

PF3 then waits 10 seconds before retrying and this time the Error (11) returned from FSUIPC was 'IPC timed out all retries'

After these two attempts PF3 was unable to continue as it could not communicate with FSUIPC

I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

This seems like the usual situation after FSX has crashed. PF3's crash is just a follow-up problem.
