Hi Dave,
just reinstalled PF3 and all my flightsim stuff onto a brand new HP Omen I5 with Nvidia 950M graphics, after installing everything I get the following message when I try to validate my files.
Error in the "ValidateNow" routine!
Err:76 Desc: Path not found Loc:0

I haven't had any error messages as far as I know, any log files you need..just shout!

Was anything written to the PF3_Validation.log file in your PF3\Logs folder?

This sounds like an install issue where one or more folders have not been created

Ok will do.

Edit: Can confirm for some reason it was a bad install and once installed it then instantly updated to latest version of 3.6 :D

Anyone who gets this message after you install PF3 for the very first time and then click to check the validation of your files and encounter this error code, then you will need to do a reinstall after removing PF3 from your system.
