Is this a brand new installation?

Please select the PF3 Validation (Options #2 from the main menu) and then ZIP and email the resulting log to me please... you will find it in the PF3\Logs folder and it will be named PF3_Validate.log

I re-ran the installation and it was successful.
No it was not a new installation.
