When I first tried the demo the remote TGS and voice worked great.
I purchased PF3 and it worked the first time I fly from KDEN.
Now it remains inactive no matter the airport.
I try the 1 key and nothing happens.

Tonight I used it from a GA parking ramp and it remained inactive.
I tried again from the A concourse and the TGS gauge said active, green ball showed
When I started to taxi the gauge did nothing, just stayed with the ball in the same place.

I always wait till I get taxi instructions before I expect the TGS to work.

I've read the forum and see that usually the AFCAD file is blamed. How does one check that?

thanks

Are you talking about TGS or the TGS Gauge not working, as they are two different things? If the former please zip and attach your debug log file from the PF3/logs folder

Here is the file thanks

It is the standalone TGS that I am talking about not the one you install in the cockpit.

I've tried three times and every time I hit add file the window disappears and I don't see anything that says the file is attached.

Sorry, not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Make sure the file is zipped before attaching.

TGS did not become active because you never acknowledge the taxi instructions. You must 'roger' back ALL instructions from ATC

If you're using a VR program it doesn't matter what wording you use but the VR program has to send the correct hotkey(s) to PF3, otherwise you can sit talking to your PC all night but PF3 won't have a clue as to what's happening... all it knows is if you or your VR program has hit the correct hotkey or not.
