Hi, any news about that? Maybe it's something for Pete Dowson to look into?

Looks like it. If the runway data in the files generated by makerwys is incorrect, neither PF3 nor Radar Contact can do anything about it.

Before doing that you should verify the information on your system:
In the PF3 main window you can click on SIDs/STARs, make sure that the correct data source (FS9/FSX/P3D) is selected, and enter the ICAO code for the airport you want to check.
After pressing "Enter" the table will show which runways PF3 knows.

Then compare what you see there with the file runways.csv generated by makerwys.
Usually this file is located in the flight simulator's main directory. For me: D:\FSX\FSX\runways.csv, just check PF3\PF3.ini for an entry named P3DPath=... (not sure about the exact entry name right now, for me it is FSXPath=D:\FSX\FSX\)

My runways.csv contains for KMIA the following lines:
KMIA,0081,25.802893,-80.301567,8,92,8595,109.30
KMIA,0082,25.800697,-80.301460,8,92,10498,110.30
KMIA,0090,25.786095,-80.314827,8,92,12994,110.90
KMIA,0120,25.799345,-80.302437,8,125,9357,108.90
KMIA,0261,25.802013,-80.269508,8,272,10498,109.10
KMIA,0262,25.803976,-80.275414,8,272,8595,109.30
KMIA,0270,25.787731,-80.275291,8,272,12994,109.50
KMIA,0300,25.786684,-80.277641,8,305,9357,111.70
The line with 0261 is 26L, 0262 is 26R.
0263 would have been 26C, and 0260 would be just 26 without a letter.

If the information in runways.csv file matches what you see in PF3, then the problem is in makerwys.
If the entries are different, tell us the differences, so we can hunt the reason.

I am not at home, now, but I know that I checked the runways file and runways are correctly reported. Indeed, when ATC gives instructions to me, they use the correct designator. What is not correct is when they talk to AI airplanes. What is the difference? Do AI airplanes use another runway file or the same?

Neither... PF3 reads the assigned runway info for AI aircraft direct from FSUIPC's AI Traffic data for TCAS Apps... so if access to this data (by FSUIPC) has changed in any way then my guess is that is where the issue stems from, but this need to be determined by using something like TrafficLook as I believe Pete Dowson suggested to you. Unfortunately, at this moment in time, I do not have P3D V4 so I can't help.

Hi Dave, yes, Pete looks quite confident that the problem is in P3D and he has already contacted LM in the developers forum. Maybe the fix in the next update...
Best regards,
James
