Hello.

I have a question about PF3 running with FDC(Flight Deck Companion).

Sometimes when I use PF3 with FDC, cabin announce system of FDC stops.
(Sound files of cabin announcement can't play even if I hit keys...)

Which software should I run first, PF3 or FDC?

If someone knows how to solve this problem, tell me please.

Best regards,
Skippy

It doesn't matter which app you start first and if the problem only occurs 'sometimes' it must be something you are doing differently perhaps of maybe a configuration change. Next time the problem occurs please ZIP and attach you PFE Debug log from the PF3\Logs folder and the FDC Blackbox log from the FDC/Logs folder

Hi,Dave!

Thanks for your kindly reply.

The problem occurs again.
So I attch the ZIP file of FDC and PF3 logs.

It seems if PF3 ATC says something, cabin announce plays after that.
But I don't know why sometimes sound files plays correctly and sometimes bad when I hit keys.

If you see something about the problem,
let me know,please.

Best regards,
Skiipy

I see from your log that you have FSX installed into it's default directory of C:\Program Files.
Strongly suggest you uninstall and create a folder and relocate it to C drive for example, anywhere but the default directory as this causes issues.
