Cannot update to 3.5.0

Hello, new user here. It appears I still have 3.0.0 and when I click YES to update, the program doesn't do anything.

I do see this in the log:

When you open PF3 what file version does it say on GUI main screen?

When installing you did turn off all your AV (if installed) and it's not installed in Program Files it?
