I got the flight KNEW to KAUS up in the departure parking space, turned on PF3, entered the flight details, and
pressed the key to start PF3 and got the messages;
'IPV timed out' and 'Problem connecting Flight sim or Flight Sim not running'.

What's this all about please?

Sorry. Can't find the log file.

John

Well, at least I think I do. The FSUIPC web site is quite confusing and I'm not sure even now if I've got it right.

Can you tell me the version I should have please cos' I sure do miss Sue nattering in my ear.

Incidentally, the version I've got at the moment is 4.969.

If you are using FS9 then the FSUIPC version 3.something.
For FSX 4. something.
And P3D v4 5. something.
Obviously the highest number is the latest version.

Goodness me. I can be such a fool at times.

I bought the new FSUIPC. Guess what? Talk about a waste of money! I only bought the wrong bloody one; 'VC4'. :oops: It should have been; 'VC5'! I should be locked away in an old peoples home and not let loose on anything. I'd only muck it up! :cry:

PF3 is now working perfectly again so I'll go away now and see what else I can balls up that'll cost money!

Sorry to have wasted your time fellers.

John
