PF3 stops responding when refreshing database.

I'm wondering if for some reason my PC is not able to open .csv files and that's why PF3 stops responding? Is there any setup that I need for that?

If you mean the runways.csv file that you have to select during the DB rebuild then no, you don't need anything special installed because PF3 is simply reading that file
