I don't know if my memory is getting worse as I get older...
...I just can't remember how it used to be!

The messages are contained in the zip for information.

However, from memory I think it said that PF3 could not run at this time and was closing down.

Now I've got P3DV4 up and running with all my addons done I'll try another flight tomorrow and see how we go.

Yes, the exact message I get is this;

'There was a problem whilst processing the flight plan.
Please report this issue on the PF3 support forum at.......'
Thank you for your assistance and we apologise for your inconvenience.'

I imagine that doesn't tell you a lot!

Having given up for a while on P3DV4 and gone back to V3.4, the exact same thing happened again today and I did the flight using PD3 default ATC and it was b.....y 'orrible.

Today I got the additional message message; 'Check with FSUIPC version 2.80 or later required'

Well, I've obviously got that, so I would appreciate suggestions please.

John
PS - I'm getting withdrawal symptoms.

Let's have a look at the flight plan it's complaining about. Have you used a different planner or setting?

I don't know how to copy the actual flight plan to you. But to-day the flight was from LFOP Rouen to EHRD Rotterdam via WP1. And I still had to use the unimproved P3DV4 ATC.

Just ZIP the flight plan and attach it to this post

Just list the wypts in text form. And what fpl planner were you using? Because the algorithm they use comes up with a very strange routing. I would suggest PODEM UN873 BELDI VEKIN ADUTO FERDI HELEN

I don't think it's an actual 'route' problem, more format problem with the message he received

Agreed Dave. However, I wouldn't mind betting that the fpl itself is not at its "best" shall we say. Reason for saying that is the fpl planners always go for airways. If there isn't a direct route then the generated fpl will take you on a World cruise!
