Hi all,
Possible bug in the 250kt speed restriction below 10000ft. On odd occasions departure is a bit slow in clearing me for a higher altitude after telling me to resume own navigation. If this delay goes on too long I request higher and am given it. The problem is that even once over 10000ft if I go above 250kts I am nagged to reduce back. I have even tried reducing to 250kts until cruising alt is reached and then speeding up to cruise speed but still I get nagged all the way to my destination where I then can reduce to 250kts. I'm guessing maybe by requesting higher rather than being instructed higher as is normally the case, a flag is not being set at 10000ft. Regards Steve.

Please provide logs if you still have them (and if not, when it happens again). I'm sure Dave will want to see them to try to determine if there is a bug.

This was recently discovered by one of the beta team and has been fixed ready for the next release.
