There is on question I would like to know the answer to.

In some instances we have two runways. Often only one is ILS. Why is it that in these instances, PFE invarioubly chooses the non ILS runway to land on?

When PF3 has to assign a runway it first checks to see which one (if any) is currently being used by AI aircraft and will then assign the same one. If there are no AI aircraft currently using or about to use a runway at your departure or destination airport then it will use the current wind direction to ascertain which one to use. If you think it ever works incorrectly please ZIP and attach your debug log file for the flight in question

Ah, I see. Yes I must admit I do have AI aircraft flying all the time so I s'pose I'm more prone to it.

That's alright now that I know.

Thanks Dave.
