I have been having issues with PF3 for a bit now. I was expecting 3.22 to make everything wonderful, but... Attached is the Debug from my last flight, KTOL-KYIP. Prior to the flight plan being processed, I got the message "frmFPAdjust(Load) S=24" and then when I entered the flight plan, I got the message "Sorry, we couldn't find the airport name in your data base". Also, I do get taxi instructions from TGS at my departing airport but, upon arrival I am always directed to gate 1 with no TGS. Other than that, 3.22 works great! Good job.

The error message you quote (frmFPAdjust(Load) S=24) is not correct, so maybe you misread/mistyped it. A screen shot would be nice please.

The message about not being able to find a particular airport suggests that maybe you're using an addon airport but haven't updated the PF3 database?

Re no taxi instructions at your destination, could you please check that you have a file named Airline_icao.dat in your PF3/Data folder. If so, please zip and attach it

Attached per your request Dave. I regularly update the data base as I backdate the airports to the "Propliner era".

Have never ever had PF3 crash before. Today's flight, went to connect to FS9 and PF3 suffered a FATEL ERROR. No changes made since last flight.

There was a problem reading on of the airport lookup files. You certainly seem to be getting data file issues at the moment. I would strongly suggest you rebuild the PF3 database
