Issue with "hihger altidude" H key

Good aftrnoon

the H key for higher altitude is not working pressing H4 i geht higher altitude due to clouds H9 nothing happens and so on.
with the L key i do not have any issue. What can i do or what have i done wrong in my settings.

any support very much welcome

Are you pressing the keys correctly? You need to press and hold the H key, then press and release a numeric key, then release the H key

4 (without H) is the hotkey to request higher due to clouds, so it seems it did not recognize the H.
Can you attach a log for a situation where this happens?

Debug_monitor.log from your PF3\Logs folder... or just ZIP the entire folder if it's easier

Is the "H" key clashing with another key combo in FS or another addon...
