For some reason I can't ever seem to get this to work properly. Tonight for instance I flew LGAV-LGSO. At Samos I disconnected PF3, selected the new flightplan, LGSO-LGAV, and reconnected. I inputted the return flightplan into FS9 and into my CDU... but odd things seem to happen when I do this. For example, I am asked to descend in the normal manner, but I don't get landing clearance at the destination on these turn-around flights: even in Mode 2, am I not tuned to the right service? And even after landing and switching manually to the ground frequency, I am told both to taxi to terminal (or gate, if selected) but as I taxi also repeatedly instructed to 'maintain 2500'.

Maybe I am forgetting something?

Thanks,

Martin

Does it work better if you close PF3 and start it again?

I also had problems with a turnaround flight without closing PF3 here:

This obviously shouldn't happen and I will check it our for the next release but this is one of those issues that could prove to be very difficult to completely eradicate, but will do my best. In the meantime, just exit and restart PF3 for a return flight.

Easy implementation would be to replace the disconnect button with a "Disconnect and Exit" button :)

LGAV-LGSO
(Actually LGAV-LGSM... but no matter!).

.. OK, I'll close PF3 down and start it up again in future then.
