I noticed that the approach frequency changes throughout the flight (VFR).

First I doubted myself but this time I saved the "pf3_freqs.dat" at the beginning of my flight (included in the log). It shows an Approach frequency of 132.5. That was also shown on the "pf3_display.exe". But later I was told to switch to Approach on 123.5. Now 123.5 was shown on "pf3_display.exe" and in "pf3_freq.dat".

The same happened on several flights. And BTW no matter where I was flying, it was always 132.5 or 123.5.

Yes, this is expected.
I don't think that the real approach frequencies for airport areas are available from the flight simulator databases, so PF3 just assigns these two.

Ok, I understand that PF3 takes some generic frequencies as Approach frequencies. And that's fine. But the frequency should not change during the flight.

On my next flight it happened again. This time from 130.5 to 129.5.

In the freq file it changes from Approach of your departure to Approach of your Destination (maybe some other Approach frequencies from en route airports)

But it is under the title [Dest]. And also in the pf3_display.exe it is in the destination column.

This one is from my last flight. It changed to 129.5 later on.

it's not a big deal of course.
But when I prepare my flight I'm used to write down or print all the frequencies I need throughout the flight. And it would be nice if the frequency I've written down before takeoff would still be correct when I arrive at my destination.

Here's a thought for a future update possibly. A database of real frequencies. Perhaps linked to or separate to the "Add new Facilities" option. Thus allowing the user to add/enter and use the real VFR "information" frequency for that flight rather than have PF3 generate one. For example Tower might say "Call London Information on 124 decimal 6" after take-off.
