I've got my original PF3 in a mess trying to use PF3 displayer and then trying to get back to the original installatioin that did work.

Stupidly, I neglected to do a back-up of the original download and somehow its gone missing.
So, can someone kindly tell me how I can get to the downloads page without having to buy the whole thing again.

I do have all my original order and registration details saved.

Thanks in advance.

John

Isn't there a download link in the store? I just noticed that you can buy "Download Protection (Duration: 24 months)" for an extra fee, but I would hope that even without that fee there is a grace period of some months. Can you check?

Thanks for this response.

The reason I asked here is because I couldn't find a link in the store.

It's interesting. I was not notified this reply had been made even though I asked for this at the end of my post.

Email notifications about postings being made work fine for me in this forum.

Hi John, could you just double-check your email address that you've put in your User Control Panel please ? (User Control Panel / Profile / Edit account settings) ;)

Looks alright to me Kevin.

Mind you. I have the email address on the top line on the top line and then my user name JohnY on the one below.

Perhaps I should enter my email address on that line too?

Well, I've no idea what happened but I just set up a flight as a 'last chance' for PF3 and what did I get? You guessed it. PF3 ATC voices loud and clear along with the printed panel instructions.

This has been a b.....y nightmare but it looks as if the damn thing has decided to work after all. I have no idea why though. Not that I'm worried if it continues to work like this!

Now that you have your download...suggest making a backup ASAP to an external HD or DVD R/W otherwise it may be costly next time.
