Another simple VFR flight in Canada CYZF - CEM3, plan attached. The enroute altitude was 6000. However as soon as I reached the first waypoint (not far from origin) I get descend to 5000 at pilots discretion, so I stayed at 6000 (at my discretion :-)). About halfway I get handed off to Edmonton centre and then I was sent back and forth between approach and centre repeatedly until I ignored the hand off to centre and stayed with approach. When I got within 20 miles approach then told me where the airfield was and terminated service. I then landed without incident using multicom.

I had the same experience back last week, I don't normally fly VFR and just put it down to a poorly planned flight plan. Maybe it wasn't my flight plan so I will be interested to see what is found on this.

Any ideas? This isn't the first time this has happened, just the one I have logs for.
