Is this how you want me/people to post questions, under separate headings. Having just migrated from PFE to PF3 I have quite a few little issues that it would be good to sort out, but I don't want to flood the forum! Please let me know - I don't want to 'overpost' and become a pain!!! (Or maybe it's too late!).

Well, just wondering if there is no facility, as in PFE, to restart a flight that failed - PFE prompted me as to whether I wanted to restart the same flight at the point I left off, which was very useful, but PF3 doesn't and assumes I am back at the departure airport.

Can't see anything in the pdf about this..

Thanks as ever!!

Martin

OK, I went back to the pdf and searched for different terms and found the answer - I have to set the save restart option in Options #1.

Sorry. I do try to find answers before I submit a thread, but clearly I am not always very good at locating the data. If printing ink weren't so expensive, I'd print the pdf off and read it all (hate reading on a PC monitor for long - gives me a headache..)

OK, apologies again.

No problem, and since this is a separate thread, this question does not clutter a different thread containing a different question that needs more discussion.

Regarding headaches while reading on the PC:
You might want to try if this works better on an e-ink device or tablet.

Yes, but I'd have to buy such a device first! :)

By now you can lend them at many local libraries :)
And you save money on the pain medicine and printer ink, so it will be profitable quite early.
