Good morning,

I have a problem with the descend. PFE always instruct me only one descend, and when I'm 20 miles far from the airport I'm always at 18000 or 20000 feet. I noticed that in my FP adjustment page the altitude of arrival airport is 16000 feet or above, how can i fix it?

Thanks in advance Federico

I also had this problem once, including an airport elevation of 17000 ft (at GCFV).

I just requested a lower altitude using L+9 twice and was finally handed off to tower correctly.

It needs to be fixed though of course.

Are you using PFE or PF3 ?

I would also like to see your debug monitor log for this flight. You can attach them to your reply but please ZIP all the files in your PF?\Logs folder first before sending/attaching them

PF3 also. Don't have the logs anymore unfortunately. Will keep them next time.

Thanks for the logs. There was indeed a problem that could result in the descent profile not being as it should be. This has been corrected and will be in the next maintenance release scheduled for Fri 19/2 or Sat 20/2
