Hi

All been go so far.

I have changed the runways (L/T/X) at departure airport in the SID/STAR page.

I have 2 runways open for departure only. On clearance it gave the 'other runway, to what I required, typical

How does PF3 select the runway for departure if you have more than one open?

How do you ask for the other departure runway?

Thanks

Those PF3 settings to mark runways for landing/takeoff, etc, do not have any affect on AI Traffic, there are merely to ensure you will get you favourite runway. PF3 determines the runway by first checking which runway AI Traffic are using and if their aren't any it will use wind direction.
