Hi Guys,

Wanted to have the logs checked to see if I missed something. I was flying a simple flight from KVCB to KRDD, to test some other issues.
I did not need to fly all the way there, so I declared an emergency. At the time I was approx 10-12 miles from the airport.
I was given an altitude and squawk and directed to maintain heading expect vectors to RWY 02.
At that time I was on departure frequency, heading 341 and heading away from the airport. I never received any vectors back to the airport.
After I was about 28 miles away from the airport, I ended up turning back to the airport, contacting tower and landing.

Thanks,

Tony J

Sorry I've not had chance to look into this yet but will do so over the next day or so

Dave,

Decided to check in before my post dropped off the first page. Wondering if you had time to check out the attached logs. I did fly the same route again with the same results so no updated logs are attached.

Thanks,

Tony J

Really sorry Tony, I completely forgot about it. Will go through the log later today. Thanks for the reminder.

Okay, definitely a problem. I've added it to our internal bug listing and will be investigating further in due course. Keep an eye out on our release note going forward... won't be in the next (imminent) release but hopefully the one after.
