According to the log you didn't get any flap calls during takeoff either, due to the fact your performance file is showing ZERO for all flap calls in the takeoff section;

#--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#Takeoff Data
#Data Format: Weight V1 VR V2 Followed by each flaps setting for this aircraft
#--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
033 133 134 137 157 000 000 000 000 000 013
030 125 128 132 152 000 000 000 000 000 013
027 116 119 129 149 000 000 000 000 000 013
023 114 116 127 147 000 000 000 000 000 013
000 114 116 127 147 000 000 000 000 000 013
#EOD

Your landing data, if correct, would indicate to me that your approach and landing speed was way too high....

Here's the logged data for your aircraft's weight as you entered approach mode:-

10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - GLW = 29K lbs
10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - Flaps 1 - 126
10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - Flaps 3 - 113
10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - Flaps 5 - 103
10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - Flaps 15 - 97
10/07/15 16:38:00: (15:38:11) - Flaps 35 - 92

You manually selected Flap 3 at 209 knts -
10/07/15 16:40:03: (15:40:14) - Flaps 3 Confirmed at 209 knts 13507' 8342' (RA)

If you look at the landing data above it's set to call for Flap 3 at 113 knts... so something's amiss isn't it?

You set Flap 5 at 189 knts -
10/07/15 16:42:48: (15:42:58) - Flaps 5 Confirmed at 189 knts 13159' 7593' (RA)

You set Flap 15 at 152 knts -
10/07/15 16:46:17: (15:46:27) - Flaps 15 Confirmed at 152 knts 7435' 1997' (RA)

Your landing speed was 135 knts -
10/07/15 16:51:53: (15:51:57) - Touchdown at 128 knts (IAS) 135 knts (GS) and 4 degree pitch up

As far as I can see FDC is working just fine :)

those flap deployment speeds are way too low for the citation x...at 126kts im already pitched up 15 degrees at landing wieght...so i deployed maunally...that might explain why they didnt come down when i expected...
also...if my landing speed was too high...how did i have 4 degree pitch up at touchdown with full flaps?

thanks for taking a look...

I said IF your landing data is correct, landing speed was too high.
