Hello,

I have two question about PFE.
Is there a "direct to waypoint" function integrated?
Could only find a direct to final clearence.

Further I have to set my climb steps manually in Pro Flight 2000. It's every time at 10000 for every waypoint after importing my flightplan, although I set some thing other in my flightplan. Pro Flight don't taking over it correctly. Any possibilityto change it? It's not really funny to change it manually for every waypoint. It would be helpful if if would be possible that it takes my cruise altitude for every waypoint so that I don't need to change it for every waypoint.

thanks

Requesting a Direct to is detailed in the user guide. It was introduced in version 2.11 so provided you are using the latest version (2.14) you have that facility.

As for changing waypoint altitudes, you do that in PFE, NOT PF 2000.

okay thanks, I didn't see that there's a so perfect manual. Did only see the short manual by aerosoft where I bought PFE. But I have found it now, that helps really to understand all functions of PFE.

Hi,

When can I use 'direct to'? I tried to use it enroute and it says that functionality isn't available at this point in the flight. I've had a couple of flights in the past where I missed or skipped waypoints, and ATC became useless to me after that because all I'd hear is how far off course I was and vectors back to the skipped waypoint. Even trying to land at the nearest airport wanted to direct me back to land at the airport nearest the missed waypoint. Is there a way to avoid that?

Thanks,

Hi,

Not sure how to edit or delete my last post, but the Direct to feature appears to be functioning now, at least it seems to be giving me the option of going direct to the destination airport, which would be acceptable in most circumstances.

Thanks,
