Post subject:  Oceanic Waypoint Question

Hi All,
When defining oceanic procedures, I notice that a bunch of the waypoints are listed as XXX. Does this mean that the waypoint was not found in the PF3 database? I'm assuming this would eventually result in issues with handoffs or just not being able to complete the flight with ATC. I'm still having trouble completing long haul flights. Most recently was flying from DGW to HKG and was over Russia and still in communication with Edmonton Center. Hmmmm. I tried to make the flight plan as simple as possible by just using direct to waypoint the whole way. Well, I guess that's 2 questions. Thanks for the help.
Seth

XXX waypoints are for internal use and usually depict an ATC boundary change

Just out of curiosity, what does that mean exactly, Dave? They don't represent anything important to the users outside of dev team?
