Hi,

I'm trying the demo, switching from Radar contact 4.
What I'm puzzled about are the hotkeys. Do I need to remember them or are they supposed to be displayed in the FSUIPC window (I don't see them there)? I read the section in the manual about the PF3 displayer but I if I start that FSX crashes and the program itself does not seem to start (and as I'm using one monitor, it might get a bit clumsy even if I get it to work).
Is there a way to get the hotkeys and meaning displayed inside the FSUIPC window?

Best, Marcel

They are not displayed in FSX. You might want to use windowed mode, so you can switch to other applications (PF3_Displayer or other things like EFB, charts, PDF viewer, ...) without crashing FSX. If you create a borderless view, it looks like fullscreen.
Alternatively you can open PF3_Displayer/pf3_disp.dat in a text editor and print it (only 98 lines).

Initially I would recommend using VCP mode #2 from and to a controlled airport, this way you only need to know the "0" key (checkin at clearance, ground or tower) and your virtual co-pilot will handle everything else, so you can learn what is expected from you and don't need to learn so many keys at once.

If you open more threads (with questions, praise or whatever), please do it in the PF3 forum (reachable from the "Board index"). The PFE forum is for an older generation of the software.

Regards,
Thomas

sorry, saw the support part and thought this was the right forum.

I'll continue in the other forum.
