Hi. Can I deactivate the CP from setting speeds but keep the heading feature? On approach he makes me too slow to fly...even with the Right AC compiled...thanks.

I don't think so, but the [Tweaks] section of PF_Emulator.ini contains an entry "FinalApproachSpeed=0". Try setting this to e.g. 10 or 20, this value is added to the flaps up stall speed of your aircraft.
(Disclaimer: I never tried this in PFE, but it works in PF3)

Does this mean "Oh, I did not notice PF3 until now!" or "Oh, don't tease me with PF3, because I don't want to buy it for now!"?

But to be clear: Both, PFE and PF3 have this feature, but I think there have been improvements in PF3 about this. I just don't remember if it was just that the GUI now allows setting it or if the actual feature has been improved, too.

No i didn't know it was ready! Very excited. I just wrote you an email to see if I qualify for the grace period offer.
I'll be checking it every minute!
Thank you so much.

When did you purchase PFE?

I think about 8 months ago? But I don't remember which merchant I bought it from. I can't find it at my simmarket or aerosoft records.
Did I buy it direct from Oncourse?

Dave M changed to Digital River about 12 months ago and as far as i know the grace period was for a month after PF3 was launched.

Is Dave no longer associated with PF3? I thought it was his baby?
Just asking...

He is still here and it is still his child, but we chained him to his coding work station so he can't answer :)

The grace period is mentioned here: http://www.oncourse-software.co.uk/pf3_grace.htm
In short: if you bought PFE before November 2015, you have to pay to get PF3 (as you already did, thank you)
