I have the closed captions box checked, and the 'display voice id' option selected too, but where am I now looking for the voice id to be displayed? I can't see any information coming up anywhere (TGS? Remote text box? Nothing showing..)

Thanks.

Are you not seeing any closed caption text at all?

Hi Dave,

No... not onscreen, nor in the remote text box. Where should it actually show?

If you're using Remote Text is that show it's connected or waiting for connection?

Connected, and mostly is OK at showing the ATC text (though sometimes it goes 'dead' for long periods). (Can PF3 use Remote text by the way, or is there a newer, similar function?)

Pf3 comes with it's own version. So it is working then and you are seeing text? I'm confused now. So what is the problem again?

HI again. We are talking about PFE not PF3 Dave - I can't see anything to identify the voices in PFE even though I have the necessary boxes checked.

The voice ID is shown just before the ATC text...

Demo Mode: A-E 'Callsign, contact Tower on 123.45'

OK, that's working today. Not sure why all of a sudden.. I unchecked the boxes in Options #1 and re-checked them than restarted PFE. All OK now. Thanks.
