Hello all,

My first post here

I'm looking at buying PFE Deluxe and was just wondering whether I can get support and updates here irrespective of where I bought PFE Deluxe from?

I only ask as I've seen posts on other forums where people have bought a product and sought advice from the developer only to be told to go to the retailer for support. That's fair enough but just wanted to know if that's the case with PFE as it's important to me to get the best support for anything I buy for FSX and this seems to be the best place for PFE support.

Hi Badger,

Yes you can get support here provided you are using the most recent version of PFE as we do not support earlier versions. So once you make your purchase please ensure you get the very latest updates, wither using the built in Auto Updates feature or by following the relevant sticky posts in this forum.

The only time I would refer you to Aerosoft (the publisher) is if you have registration/installer type issues.
