Hello :)

I've some problems with PFE. Take my last flight for example

In France, between LFPN and LFLC. I made my flightplan like this (With FS Commander)

- LFPN, HOL, PO271, Edoxa, Erixu, Atrid, Oliri, Nekem, Arsom, Rimor, LFLC

My problems :

- There is no more ERIXU on the PFE GPS flightplan, after work with PF2000 and PFE. Like if PFE dont recognize the ERIXU waypoint
- After 15mn from EDOXA, I don't know why, the control gave me a new course to 165° (but ATRID is at 171°), saying I'm not on the good airway. I don't understand because I flew with gps on the good course.
I made the rest of my flight manually, waypoint after waypoint...
- During my landing on the runway 08, Tower gave permission to another airplane in short final to land on runway 26 (the same runway at the same time !!! :o )

Maybe I made something wrong, I don't know ...

A last little problem : The ATIS messages appear only 1 second, is too short to can read them. Is there a way to correct this ?

Thank for your help :)

PF2K will drop waypoints if they are too close to each other or too close to either the departure or destination airports.

Please ensure you use the GPS adjusted flight plan and that should cure you 'off the airway issue'

As for the ATC only staying on screen for one second I have not come across that issue before. Are you sure it's PFE's ATIS and not the one from FS?

Also please ensure you are using the latest version of PFE which is 2.11.1

Thank for your answer :

1- There are 13 nm between EDORA and ERIXU. But I don't understand why they're dropped : these waypoints are included in a SID and they're important :)
2- Yes, I use GPS Adjusted like is written in the Tutorial. But in flight, the GPS go directly to ATRID after EDOXA
3- Yes, it's the PFE ATIS and yes, I Use the last version (2.11.1) :)

Same problem with a flight between LFLC and LFPN

My flightplan : LFLC ROMGI MOULINS AVLON .....

See the screen where the waypoint MOULINS is in the red circle. The airway go to the left from this waypoint. Here, MOULINS is at 38nm from the previous waypoint and at 52nm from the following, but PFE drop it.

In fact it seem that I can't use any SID or STAR correctly.

I use Windows 7 64 bits. Maybe it's a problem ?

I there a way to have the good SID/STAR in a PFE flightplan ? Maybe a tip to solve this problem ?

Or a next version without this inconvenient :D ?

Yuo don't need to have the SID/STAR in the flight plan at all. Please see the relevant section in the manual with regard to flying a SID/STAR. If you still have problems then please come back to us and we're try and guide you through it.

Just a question again : in my post with the screen, I see that the point "MOULINS" was dropped by PFE. But this point is not closed to the previous and the next.

With that, the PFE flighplan is totally different from my original which is :

LFLC - ROMGI (23nm) - MOULINS (35nm - dropped)-AVLON (52nm - dropped) - OKRIX (26nm - dropped) - ORTOT (4nm) - OSLEP (13nm) - MOLEK (12nm) - MELUN (14nm - dropped) - Po602 (8nm)

ORTOT is very closed and maybe Po602. Not the others. I don't understand and why make a flighplan if PFE modify it (points, directions ...) ? See the picture, the flighplan made by pfe is far away from MOULINS. here it's not only a problem with SID or STAR

PFE doesn't modify your flight plan.... that's ProFlight and I have no control over it as I do not have the source code
