All,

If you encounter a bug/problem with PFE or FDC please give as much info as possible, some posts recently have been vague.
This has meant that we have had to guess what the problem is, but as always before posting please use the search facility in this forum for possible solutions which can avoid duplicate posts and you may find what you are looking for...alot quicker!
So if you want us to help you quickly and efficiently we need the following info also attached to your post.. ;)
Any serious problems may need you to send the log to support,Please don't log the problem in the forum as this takes up too much space, check with support first...

Operating System: ie Windows 7-32/64,Vista,XP etc
Any other software:(this helps if someone else has same installed)
Sim: FS2004 or FSX

Try to be brief and to the point with any problems that occur, including frequency of problem.
If this is an install problem please tell us what you did before and after the install; what error messages you came across.,also please be aware that UPDATES from various sources ie: Microsoft Windows can cause problems; did you update prior?

And Finally...

When reporting issues, please don't hassle by asking "when will it be fixed by" or "has support gone to sleep" because you haven't had an answer within 24hrs, we endeavour to answer most posts as swiftly as possible, but a solution takes a lot longer, so we would appreciate your co-operation in this.
Anyone who posts rude/sarcastic and abusive messages will find their posts EDITED and/or DELETED and anyone who SPAMS the forums with other products will be automatically BANNED

Just recently some posts have been quite abrupt and/or ignorant in replying to our responses,we appreciate that English is not your native language, however politeness is worldwide!!
We do not have to take sarcastic/abrupt comments in your replies to us so this must cease forthwith, this is not a recent thing but something that as been ongoing for a while.
Your co-operation in this matter is greatly appreciated thank you..
Please...when ending your post would users please sign off with either your full name or just your forename or something similar, some members aren't doing this and it makes it easier to correspond to if we know who we are talking too!
